You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify aaajil of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

aaajil accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), over-the-counter payments (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier), and cryptocurrency where permitted by law. 7. Account Closure and Termination

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your aaajil account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification and clearance of pending wagering requirements.

7.2 Termination by aaajil

aaajil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents

You agree that any legal action or proceeding must be commenced within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

aaajil shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, government actions, or natural disasters.
